Overview
Quick Dial is a fast launcher for high-frequency destinations such as Medications, Nutrition, Activity, Copilot, Family, Appointments, Records, Reminders, Goals, Timeline, Visits, and Emergency.
It is designed for moments when you need a module immediately — for example logging a dose or opening SOS info.
Why use it
Fewer taps means better adherence and less hunting through menus.

How to
- 1Open Quick Dial
From Dashboard (or the floating control), open the Quick Dial launcher.
- 2Choose a destination
Tap Meds, Nutrition, Activity, Copilot, Family, SOS, or another available shortcut.
- 3Optional Copilot topic
Some dial items can prefill a helpful Copilot topic when you want guidance related to that module.

Dial does nothing
Refresh the page/app, confirm you are signed in, and try opening the same module from Dashboard cards or the menu.
