No. HealthNaviq helps you organize wellness data and routines. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace licensed clinical care.
Does Help Center claim HIPAA or SOC 2 certification?
No. This Help Center intentionally avoids unsupported compliance claims. Use official policy/consent pages for legal terms.
Can I use HealthNaviq on phone and web?
Yes. Sign in with the same account on supported web and native app experiences. Some integrations differ by platform.
Where should I start fitness tracking?
Use Activity as the primary fitness hub. Outdoor GPS tools live under Activity → Outdoor. Legacy Exercise may be gated.
Who is HealthNaviq Voice Coach?
HealthNaviq Voice Coach provides spoken workout cues inside Activity sessions. It is not branded as an ElevenLabs coach experience.
