Health metric cards

Read and open vitals cards from Dashboard.

Overview

Metric cards show recent values and trends for vitals you track. Tapping a card opens the metric detail page where you can log new readings and review history.

Cards update after you log values manually or sync supported device data.

Why use it

Seeing the latest number in context helps you notice changes worth discussing with your clinician — without HealthNaviq making a diagnosis.

Where to find it

How to

Locate a metric card
On Dashboard, find cards such as weight, blood pressure, or glucose.

Read the latest value
Check the most recent reading and short trend cue.

Open detail
Tap the card to open the metric page for charts and logging.

Log a new reading
Add a value, save, and return to see the card refresh.

Buttons & controls

Control	What it does
Open metric	Goes to /app/metric/:id detail.
Log	Adds a new reading.
Goals	Opens goal settings when configured for that metric.
