Overview
The Digital Twin is an interactive body explorer on the Dashboard. You can show or hide it from Dashboard customization preferences so the home screen stays focused on what you use most.
It is a visual exploration aid for your HealthNaviq home — not a medical imaging tool and not a diagnosis.
Why use it
A visual body map helps some people navigate health topics and metrics more intuitively alongside their dashboard cards.
Where to find it
How to
- 1Open the Dashboard
Go to Dash in the bottom navigation.
- 2Enable Digital Twin if hidden
Open Dashboard customize / preferences and turn on Show Digital Twin when that toggle is available.
- 3Explore the twin
Tap or scroll the Digital Twin card to explore regions. Use any info controls shown on the explorer.
- 4Jump to related health areas
When a region or metric shortcut appears, follow it to the matching Dashboard card or metric detail.

Troubleshooting
I do not see the Digital Twin
Open Dashboard customize and enable Show Digital Twin. Then refresh the Dashboard. On slower devices, give the 3D view a moment to load.
The twin looks blank
Check your network connection, force-quit and reopen the app, and confirm the preference is still on.
