Overview
Sign-in problems are usually wrong method mix-ups (password vs Google), expired OTP codes, beta gate issues on signup, or passkey device mismatches.
Use the method you originally used to create the account whenever possible.
Why use it
Recovering access quickly protects reminder continuity and caregiver workflows.
Where to find it
How to
- 1Identify your method
Email/password, Email OTP, Google, Apple, or passkey.
- 2Retry carefully
For OTP, request a fresh code. For password, use Forgot password.
- 3Check beta vs family codes
Signup may need a beta code; caregiver access needs a family invite after account creation.
- 4Enroll a backup method
Add a passkey after you recover so the next lockout is easier.
