Reports are based on data you logged or connected in HealthNaviq — they are not diagnostic conclusions.

A concise report saves time during appointments and family updates.

Open Reports
Navigate to Reports.

Choose a report focus
Select the time range or report type offered on screen.

Review the summary
Read charts/sections and note anything you want to discuss with a clinician.

Share carefully
If sharing is available, only send reports to people you trust.

Control	What it does
Generate / View	Builds or opens a report.
Share	Sends a report through an available share path when enabled.
Back	Returns to the reports list.

Report missing expected metrics

Confirm those metrics were logged in the selected date range and synced successfully.
