Overview
Data controls are spread across the places that hold data: device settings (for example delete Stelo data), integration disconnect actions, shared-access revocation, and support-assisted account requests when needed.
Destructive deletes are usually permanent — read confirmations carefully.
Why use it
Being able to remove data is as important as being able to add it.
Where to find it
How to
- 1Inventory connections
List caregivers, providers, CGM devices, and Google Health links.
- 2Disconnect what you do not need
Use each integration/device settings screen.
- 3Delete device datasets if required
For example, Stelo settings can disconnect or delete imported readings.
- 4Ask Support for account-level help
If you need broader deletion assistance, open a Support ticket.
