Overview
Medication notifications depend on three layers: reminder schedule, HealthNaviq notification settings, and OS permission/battery rules.
If one layer blocks delivery, the alert will seem “broken” even when the medicine schedule is correct.
Why use it
Reliable dose alerts are often the highest-value notification type in the app.
Where to find it
How to
- 1Confirm the medicine schedule
Open the medicine and verify reminder times.
- 2Enable HealthNaviq notifications
Allow alerts in Settings → Notifications.
- 3Allow OS permission
Grant notification permission in browser or phone settings.
- 4Run a real test
Set a near-term reminder, wait for it, and practice logging the dose.
