Overview
Visits focuses on clinician appointment workflows and prep shortcuts distinct from the general Appointments/events list.
Use both: Appointments for scheduling visibility, Visits when you are actively preparing or reviewing a doctor visit.
Why use it
Separating “on the calendar” from “ready for the exam room” keeps prep intentional.

How to
- 1Open Visits
Navigate to Visits from Quick Dial or navigation.
- 2Select the visit context
Choose the upcoming or recent visit you are working on.
- 3Complete prep actions
Review meds, notes, and materials you plan to bring.
