Copilot privacy and limits

What Copilot is for — and what it will not do.

Last updated 2026-08-08

Overview

AI Copilot can help you organize information you already track in HealthNaviq. It is not a clinician, not an emergency service, and not a diagnostic tool.

HealthNaviq also does not claim HIPAA certification or SOC 2 attestation in Help Center copy. For privacy practices, use in-app consent settings and the Privacy articles.

Why these limits matter

Clear limits protect you from treating generated text as medical fact and help set expectations for what the product can responsibly do.

Troubleshooting

Can Copilot change my prescriptions?

No. Only your clinician can prescribe or change medications. Copilot can help you organize questions to ask them.
