These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the HealthNaviq website, mobile application, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
HealthNaviq is a health information management and wellness tool, not a healthcare provider. The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional for medical questions, emergencies, or treatment decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information you see in HealthNaviq.
You must be at least 13 years old and capable of entering a binding contract to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal, or authorized family health management purposes. You may not use the Services to upload, store, or transmit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or misleading content; interfere with the Services or other users' accounts; or attempt to access systems or data without authorization.
You retain ownership of the health information and content you upload. You grant HealthNaviq a limited license to use, store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You may export or delete your content at any time, subject to technical and legal limitations.
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms such as Google Health. Your use of these integrations is subject to the third party's terms and privacy policy. HealthNaviq is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party services.
Certain features may require payment or subscription. Fees are described at the point of purchase. Subscription fees are billed in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the refund policy displayed at checkout.
All software, designs, trademarks, and content provided by HealthNaviq are owned by HealthNaviq or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the Services without our written permission.
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but provisions related to ownership, liability, and dispute resolution survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HealthNaviq and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HealthNaviq and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware. You waive any right to participate in a class action.
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Services and, where appropriate, notified to you. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact us at contact@healthnaviq.com.
