Opt-in only. HealthNaviq saves workouts locally first. Native Apple Health / Health Connect write requires upcoming plugin support and system permission — protected source records stay read-only.
- Write-back is off by default and requires explicit opt-in.
- HealthNaviq never modifies protected records from Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Only HealthNaviq-created workouts are eligible for write-back.
- Notes, photos, community posts, and AI content are never exported as clinical data.
- Duplicate prevention uses content fingerprints and external record IDs.
- You can disconnect write permissions anytime in system Settings.
