Step 1 of 11 · Privacy & Consent
Before you store any health information, please review and accept how HealthNaviq handles your protected health information (PHI) under HIPAA-aligned safeguards.
What you're consenting to. You authorize HealthNaviq to collect, store, and process the medical records, conditions, medications, allergies, family history, lifestyle, mental wellness, and emergency information you choose to enter, so the app can show your Digital Health Twin, reminders, reports, and personalized guidance.
How your data is protected. Records are stored in an encrypted database with row-level access controls, so only you (and people you explicitly share access with) can read your data. Transport is encrypted in transit. Backups follow the same access controls.
How your data is used. Your records are used to power features inside your account — summaries, PDF reports, AI explanations, and shared cards you create. They are never sold. They are never used to train third-party AI models. AI features send only the minimum context needed to answer your question.
Sharing. Data is shared with another person only when you create a share grant (family member, caregiver, or shared adult). You can revoke any grant at any time from Settings.
Your rights. You can view, export, correct, or permanently delete your records at any time from Settings → Privacy. Deletion is irreversible.
Not medical advice. HealthNaviq is a personal health record and wellness tool. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed clinician, and it is not a HIPAA-covered entity. For emergencies, call your local emergency number.
Consent version 2026-06-v1. A timestamped record of your acceptance is stored on your profile.
You must accept this consent to continue onboarding.
